Why choose Robin Hood? Hear first-hand from members of our team:

"I love my job for the satisfaction of supporting people who have disabilities to achieve a full life that they’re entitled to. I know that my efforts are important and make a positive difference to these individuals and their families. I have ample opportunity to learn as a professional, and plenty of flexibility to find the right position to match my skills and schedule. I’ve met a lot of fantastic people who make my work fun, and I’m proud to be a part of the team."
~ Alison

"I am currently working as the Coordinator of Independent Living with the Robin Hood Association. I have been in the disabilities field for sixteen years. I first started in the disabilities services field because I felt I could change the lives of the individuals I worked with. I continue to choose a career in this field because I now feel that, with the proper tools and supports, the clients I work with have an increased ownership of their own lives. This field continues to challenge me and is always changing to offer new and improved ways of providing the clients we work with an exceptional quality of life."
