DAY SERVICES

RHA Day Services empowers adults with disabilities to live their fullest lives by fostering skill development, independence, and meaningful community connections.
 

We offer a diverse range of educational, recreational, fitness, and social activities across three unique day program facilities: RHA Broadway, RHA Broadmoor, and RHA Fort Saskatchewan.

Program Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM


Before Care:

7:00 – 8:30 AM​​

 

After Care:
3:30 – 5:30 PM

EMPLOYMENT PREPARATION

This service equips individuals with the skills and experience needed for competitive employment.

 

Participants engage in supported work opportunities, community activities, and personal growth initiatives.

 

With a person-centered approach, our services are tailored to promote independence, build positive habits, and strengthen social skills for a more fulfilling life.

EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT

This program supports individuals to achieve and maintain meaningful employment in the community, tailored to their unique goals and interests.

 

Our Employment Services foster a natural connection between employers and employees, creating healthy, mutually rewarding work relationships that benefit both parties.

COMMUNITY
ACCESS

This program focuses on personal growth and active community involvement, offering opportunities in the arts, education, recreation, community programs, and volunteerism. We emphasize a "do with, not for" approach, empowering individuals to build and sustain life skills through hands-on experiences and meaningful participation.
