RESPITE, SUPPORT HOMES & HOST FAMILIES

This program gives adults with developmental, physical, and complex support needs a safe, welcoming place to stay, connect, build skills, and take part in community life.

 

For families and caregivers, it also provides time to rest, recharge, attend to other responsibilities, or simply know their loved one is being supported with care.

Support may be short-term, emergency-based, or part of a longer-term home-based arrangement. Each experience is shaped around the person’s needs, routines, goals, and relationships.

Care can include help with daily routines, personal care, meals, appointments, transportation, community activities, social connection, and life skills — always with a focus on safety, dignity, independence, and belonging.​
