Robin Hood Association is thrilled to celebrate one of our own, Travis Paterson, for an outstanding athletic achievement inspiring fans and athletes alike. Recently, Travis accomplished a rare and remarkable feat in the world of five-pin bowling: he scored a perfect game of 450 points, a milestone rarely seen even among the most experienced bowlers.
Travis, a 33-year-old athlete, has been competing in the Special Olympics for years and is well-known for his positive attitude and love for the game. Supported by his coach and family, Travis bowled his way to perfection during a Special Olympics event on October 9, securing a place among an elite group of bowlers. "I was on fire!" Travis exclaimed, capturing the thrill of his perfect game.
Travis’s coach expressed immense pride in his achievement, noting how rare a perfect game is and how hard Travis has worked to improve his skills. For Travis, this accomplishment reflects his dedication and the support and encouragement he has received from his family, friends, and the Special Olympics community.
Celebrating Travis’ success reminds us of the potential in every individual we serve. His achievement is a proud moment for Travis and his teammates, coaches, and supporters, who have shared in his journey and seen the impact of his commitment firsthand.
Congratulations, Travis, on this incredible accomplishment! We're so inspired by your dedication, and proud to celebrate this massive win with the wider community. Keep bowling, keep believing, and keep reaching for new heights!
